Happy Valentine's Day!!

I'm really not a fan of this holiday. The frugal part of me does not see the point. However, my sweet wonderful hubby did bring me home roses last night and for that I love him. He is the best! To celebrate we are taking Benjamin to the Florida State Fair. Nothing says Valentine's Day like livestock!!

So I need to be a better blogger. I need to make myself come on here and post some lo's after I've done 2 or 3 because posting this many lo's is a daunting task sometime! I've recently joined up at Elemental Scraps. They have a ton of awesome challenges over there and it seems I need a challenge anymore to get me to scrap.

This lo was for Elemental Scraps Week 2 font challenge. I used King of Hearts by Sherri Tierney and the font is Fiolex Girls.

This was for Elemental Scraps Inspired by Challenge where they gave you a mini kit to scrap with. The kit is called It's My Day by Chrissy W. Its this adorable pink birthday kit. I rarely scrap with cutesy pink kits even though pink is one of my favorite colors because I have mostly boys in my life. Then I remembered these pics from my mom's surprise 60th birthday party. Not only was the party a surprise, but she didn't know that Shawn and I came up from Florida either! It was a fun night! The template on this one is from Ashley Kennedy and the fonts are Mia's Scribblings and Fontdinerdotcome Sparkly.

This lo is for Elemental Scraps weeks 2 surprise challenge which was a scraplift. I used Poppy by Designs by Jannylyn and the font is Mia's Scribblings

This one is ES Week 1 template challenge. I used Slowpoke and Buttoned Down Dates both by Bella Gypsy. The template is by Chrissy W.

This next lo is from ES week 1 scraplift challenge. I used Happy Days from Steel City Scraps and the clipping mask is from Masquerade Party from Jennifer Barrette.

And here is the week 2 scraplift challenge lo. I used These Days are Golden by Krystal Hartley and Doodle Dates by Scarlet Heels.

Here is a lo using the adorable Something Cutsie collab with Steel City Scraps and Christie Lemmon Designs. The template is by Trish H. Designs and the font is Daisy Script. This one is for the Enchanted Studio Scraps font challenge.

Another one of Benjamin and his cousins using A New Day by Steel City Scraps and Monkey See Monkey Do. The alpha is from Happy Days by Steel City Scraps. The template is from Lalpuche.

Here is a wedding lo using Little Charmer and Little Charmer Add On by Christie Lemmon Designs. The template is by Robyn Pali Designs. I also used Stay on a Path Straight Edges by Sharia Braxton. The font is Complete in Him.

The next 2 lo's both were made using Delirious Love by Steel City Scraps. The word art on this first lo is by Neverland Scraps. In the 2nd lo, the kiss is from Always and the alpha is Always Alpha both by Digi Overdose. The font is Edwardian Script.

I love this lo of my 2 sweeties! I used Something Cutsie by Steel City Scraps and Christie Lemmon Designs. The template is by Dunia.

These last 2 lo's are from Speed Scraps. I've recently discovered the fun of Speed Scraps. I've read about them on other blogs and I finally found 2 that I could fit into my schedule. This 1st is from a speed scrap at Elemental Scraps. I used Party in the Playroom, Party in the Playroom Blue Alpha Stickers and Poppy all by Designs by Jannylynn. Font is Mia's Scribblings (yes, I downloaded a new font and used the heck out of it!)

This lo is from the Enchanted Studio Scraps Speed Scrap. I used Happy Days from Steel City Scraps and Something Cutsie by Steel City Scraps and Christie Lemmon Designs.

See, I told you I need to blog more. This was too many lo's for 1 post!! I'll try to be better!

New Month! New LO's!

Happy February everyone!! Can you believe that the 1st month of 2009 has come and gone?! My due date is next month!! I'm trying not freak out, but I am a little. In less than 2 years I am going from only having to worry about little ole me to becoming the mother of 2!! I'm really very excited too though.

Here are some new lo's I've worked on. The 1st is for the lyric challenge over at Enchanted Studio Scraps. The new month means a whole new round of challenges over there. They have a ton of challenges there too. I managed to complete all of January's challenges, but they added a couple so completing February is going to be, well, a challenge!! This lo was created using Steel City Scraps and Monkey See Monkey Do's collaboration called A New Day. I also used Steel City Scraps' Sugar Shack Template Pack. The font is Darcy Baldwin's How Cute Am I. The pic is my cute little unborn little man at my 12 week ultrasound. This was the 1st time we saw him, heard a heartbeat or had any indication that the pregnancy was going well. It was such a relief to see him!

This next lo is another belly lo. Me at 33 weeks. I feel huge! I think I'm much bigger this pregnancy than with Benjamin. I know my weight is a lot more this time around. Trying not to worry about it until after I have the baby. This lo is for the Pixie Pouch challenge at Enchanted Studio Scraps. I used the My Sweet Valentine Add On by Twin Mom Scraps. The template is by Lena Brandenburg. The font is Tekton Pro. I love that this challenge forced me to use an adorable pink kit. I love pink, but since I have boys I tend to shy away from the pink kits. Using pink was very fun!

This next lo is for the What's in the Enchanted Forest Challenge at Enchanted Studio Scraps. I used Little Charmer and the Little Charmer Add On by Christie Lemmon Designs for this lo. The template is from Chrissy W. The photos are from Benjamin's professional photos done when he was 3 months old.

These last 2 lo's were another chance to use a kit with some fun pink colors and lots of bling! The kit is Always by Digi Overdose. The word art is also by Digi Overdose and is part of the word art challenge at Enchated Studio Scraps. The second lo is a bingo card for a bingo game that is being hosted over at Enchanted Studio Scraps. I also used Always Alpha by Digi Overdose which will be available soon at Enchanted Studio Scraps and the font is Eraser Dust.
